ABOUT NASTASSJA

My sweet creations are composed of passion, commitment, honesty, and heart. From wedding cakes to birthday cakes and everything in between, my expertise lies in buttercream, fudge, whipped cream, ganache, mousse and other similar mediums. I am skilled at writing on cakes, hand-drawing images, and decorating with various piping techniques. 

Education:

I am a 2008 Seton Hall University graduate with a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Journalism.

Five years later, I decided to enroll in Culinary School and in 2013, I graduated with a diploma in Pastry and Baking from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.
